Warranty Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Product-Specific Coverage

Some products sold by Hoequipment.shop may include a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer. Warranty availability, duration, coverage, registration requirements, and exclusions vary by product. Any applicable commercial warranty will be stated on the product page, in the product documentation, or on the manufacturer’s warranty materials.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Hoequipment.shop does not provide an additional store warranty beyond the manufacturer warranty, our Return & Refund Policy, and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not represent that every product has the same warranty period.

What a Manufacturer Warranty Typically Covers

Subject to the specific warranty terms for the product, coverage may apply to a verified manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship arising during normal use. The manufacturer’s written warranty controls the exact coverage and available remedy.

Common Exclusions

Unless the applicable written warranty says otherwise, warranty coverage generally does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance.
  • Accidental damage, punctures, cuts, tears, abrasion, or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, assembly, storage, winterization, transportation, or maintenance.
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, commercial use of a residential product, or use contrary to instructions.
  • Damage from pool chemicals, incorrect water chemistry, corrosion, scale, algae, freezing, weather, wind, flooding, fire, or other external conditions.
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or non-approved parts.
  • Damage caused by an unsuitable surface, water depth, electrical connection, pump, filtration system, pressure, or incompatible accessory.
  • Consumable components and replaceable wear items unless defective when supplied.
  • Lost products, theft, or damage occurring after an unauthorized return.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact support@Hoequipment.shop with:

  • The order number and purchaser’s contact information.
  • The product name, model, and serial number where available.
  • A description of the problem and when it began.
  • Clear photographs or video showing the issue.
  • A copy of any manufacturer warranty documentation and proof of required registration, if applicable.

We may help confirm warranty information, troubleshoot the issue, or direct the customer to the manufacturer’s authorized warranty process. Do not discard or return the product unless instructed. The manufacturer may require additional testing, documentation, parts removal, or direct shipment.

Remedies

Depending on the applicable warranty and the nature of the defect, the remedy may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, product replacement, or refund. The warrantor may choose the remedy where permitted by law. Warranty service does not automatically include installation, disassembly, removal, water drainage, site preparation, labor, or transportation unless the written warranty expressly includes it.

Relationship to Returns and Legal Rights

The warranty process is separate from our 30-day Return & Refund Policy. A customer reporting a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item within the return window should contact us promptly. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
